Just a personal hope – it’s what is best for the team that counts.

It will be interesting to see what the banners say in May. I don’t mean about anything derogatory but whether or not they will show the same degree of passion and originality that we had back in the sixties and seventies.

That happened last winter with 90% of the saber goons saying Emaus was the starting 2B and Mejia & Tejada need a full season of AAA b4 playing with the big club – without first seeing them in ST. Turns out that was wrong (albeit Mejia got hurt)

Any of those kids can come up at any time during the season OR even make the team out of ST.

They’d have to make room on the 40 man for him and is it worth wasting an option on him? Probably not…

Isn’t Harvey a non 40 man invitee? So they’d have to clear a spot for him also, which is more reasonable but I am not sure it’s in their best interest to call him up in 2012 unless he’s just absolutely dominating the minors.

You could however see guys like Flores, Havens, Valdespin and Kirk… Mejia too, really depends on his health though
