But I still remember when I discovered there was once…the “Negro Leagues”. Cool Papa Bell, Satchel Paige, Rube Foster..and all the greats. But Josh Gibson and the Yankee Stadium home-run legend was what really captured my imagination.

I started to catch because of Josh Gibson. I dreamed because of Jackie, I laughed at Satchel, but I caught because of Josh Gibson.

Regardless of one’s political affiliation, a perspective like the following cited by Michelle Bachmans is horrifying and could only help in causing this country to go backwards from where we are today.
