Well, no one knows for certain the exact timetable because there will be some experimentation involved with the fitting of his new contact lens, but once that gets resolved, it should be all-systems-go for Sean. I believe he’ll have enough training camp work (2 months), to be able to be ready by the start of the season. Once he is a “go” I expect him to return immediately to AA Bingo, and pick up right where he left off, God willing.

That’s awful about what happened to him and I do hope he continues to recover and get back to where he was before in terms of his path to the majors.

were you able to get a time table on his return?
Will he be full go come spring training?

After what tragically happened with Salazar, I’m just glad Sean’s going to have his vision. The Met fan in me will be glad he’s playing baseball at some point this year, and hope he’s able to grow into a solid contributor on the MLB level. But greater than that, I’m just happy he’s doing well and recovering well.
