I loved looking into Arenado when I did my piece a while back about trading Wright. I’d take him or any of those pitching prospects from the Rockies.

Of course, no Wright trade would really be in talks until July and perhaps a contract restructuring/extension might be in order first.

I wouldn’t know how much stock to put into Flores being on this list, but it’s nice to see a compliment from someone outside our organization.

I guess when I said “everyone,” I meant everyone who realizes there is baseball outside of the Mets organization and is not fixated on the young players who we always hear about through the organization and Mets blogs who, generally, do not materialize. Sometimes you just have to look around at other organizations prospects to realize how far behind the Mets really are.
