His second best pitch is a slurve. Scouts don’t really like his arm action with it, but it has been effective and Leathersich is confident in the pitch. He also throws a circle-change, but it is a fairly new pitch and a distinct third pitch. The lack of change up and inability to maintain velocity deep into games is why most people see him in the pen long term.
