Gwynn did it from 83-01. Only year he did not hit .300 was in his 1st year 1982

Players that get to 25 straight games, the media and fans go ga ga and they get interviewed before and after each game. By the time they get to 30 games their so damn nervous they can’t sleep and can’t eat and the pressure starts to eat them alive and then poof they have a shot but their batting against a 99 mph closer throwing heat and it’s all over. No the Yankee great’s record is safe for all time. In his day Ty Cobb ruled, the Babe was no slouch either.
