Relive The Defining Moment Of 1986

Check out this great video of Game 6 featuring commentary by Vin Scully and Keith Hernandez with a wonderful backdrop of Billy Joel’s “Miami 2017″ playing in the background. Good stuff.

Thanks. That’s great!
That was stirring!
Incredible moment!! Simply incredible!! We could use that magic today!!
Mookie WOULD have beaten him to bag!!
Mookie would have beaten Buckner or Stanley (who Buckner peaked at) and the game was tied at that point, winning run on 2B so what was most important at that time was simply keeping the ball in the infield no matter what.
Dave Stapleton went in for Buckner for late inning D that year except in the most important game of all. Simply unbelievable.
