All are around the same price as the guys Bayonne listed, and all played a lot better.

I say the moon is made of cheese. Everyone blasts me. Why? Because they can prove me wrong with factual evidence. While he has experienced some success early in his career His last 6 seasons as a GM were lousy and in his first year with Mets he signs Chris Young, Boof Bonser, Brad Emaus, Chin Lung Hu, Taylor Bucholz, and a 2 yr contract for DJ Carrasco. I also don’t think the Beato decision was that good either.

That’s a TERRIBLE off season and a lousy way to start a new job with a new organization. And don’t give me the low payroll excuse because I bet you can find a better list of ballplayers for a similar cost somewhere around the league and if that proved to be true then it also shows bad judgement and bad evaluation skills too.

So don’t say that Alderson is a good GM.
