Wright HAS talked about leadership in interviews in the past, I have definitely seen it. Reading this thread had me curious so I looked on the web quickly and in a matter of seconds I found this quote by him. This was in 2009, there was some controversy involving John Franco and clubhouse leadership and Wright actually comes right and defends his leadership:
