		<description><![CDATA[Did you happen to see the chain of events which this guy at the HR derby happen to lose his footing?  Let&#039;s say he was being real foolish (and I&#039;m being tame here).  if he fell, he would have been at fault.  Sure, it&#039;s tragic what happened in Arlington last week, that was a tragic accident.  But you know what - accidents happen.  Last night&#039;s incident - total invincible thinking foolishness.  No need to raise walls or anything.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[It&#039;s pretty much Neck High (a little lower) than the first row of seats.

Anything higher would obscure the view of the rows above.

If there were two fences then the first fence would stop people from lunging from their seat hard enough to propel themselves over the second fence...

Then they would just crack their skull on the walkway instead of the seats below!]]></description>

You can&#039;t make things idiot proof because idiots are just too damn resourceful!

If you raised the fence then it would obscure people&#039;s view.

Truth is there should be two fences. One right in front of the seats and another in front of the abyss on the other side of a walkway.

Then people wouldn&#039;t be able to leap out of their seats to catch a ball as they would have to go over TWO fences before they could fall.]]></description>
