While the Mets are overachieving, Backman’s B-Mets are under-achieving. Despite having a good supply of top Mets prospects playing for him, the team isn’t responding to him. Hopefully this will put to rest any future ourpouringd of rBackman as manager of the Mets, and that Collins gets an extension after this season.
