I was referring to the four sites that I cited. They all had mock drafts that were being updated almost daily by people that were introduced as "our draft expert Keith Law..." or "draft guru Jonathan Mayo...".

I just thought it was funny how none of them saw the Mets going for Nimmmo or any outfielder simply because we cited their predictions so often on our site in the last few weeks.

so we picked a position player, pretty much another duda when we could've had bradley or barnes????
here we go again, the geniuoses at the front office reaching out a kid who's got lucas duda written all over, instead of picking a pitcher who in our park would benefit even better, this guys at the mets front office are basically middle fingering all mets fans with their cocky attitude as saying "we do what we want, and there's nothing you fans can do about it".. well, look at what organization took bradley and that says it all, a team that even though wins championship is loaded with talentt in the minors, while we pick another kid from a country town who once the lights hit him will shrink like jesseP when facing me... i may be wrong, and i wish i am, but this kid just doesn't do it for me, and he will just be another bust...

"I think it’s pretty funny that in the last 3-4 weeks I’ve read literally dozens of mock drafts from ESPN to MLB.com to FOX Sports to SI.com and not one of them had the Mets pegged today."

Not true. In their first mock draft Baseball America had the Mets taking Nimmo, but then backed off when his price tag ($3 million) came out.

John Sickels also had him rated as the 17th best player in the draft, not far off at all from 13th.
