Great news that these two have “earned” a call up and are not being pushed as past GM has done.
I saw some of Dierker in Spring Training and in some games in FSL here in Florida and he looks like a good, speedy, heady player how might fill out but has the speed to cover CF.

Glad Harvey is getting a chance to take his stuff to a higher level.
Last guy to do that, Holt, has not been the same hopefully Harvey can adjust and continue to grow and develop.

I guess it will depend on what happens by the trade deadline as well as the off season. I can see him taking over for Cap or Pelf if one of them dealt or no re-signed for 2012.

possible, but real unlikely. Much better chance that he starts at AAA, and if he is doing well he will get called up a couple months into the season when the need is there.

If he tears up AA and has a good ST I bet he opens up 2012 with the big club.

If you mean called up to the Mets, there’s no chance that happens before mid 2012.
