He needs to be hitting close to .300 (I mean REAL close!) in the Minors before I bring him up. Most have a .10-.20 point drop in BA from MiL to MLB. Those numbers would make him a .260 Hitter, Not going to cut it especially if he can’t play SS or 2B, Thats not enough for an OF or 3B.

For too many years I was swept in by the huge low minors performances which almost always lead to a road called DFA. He’s 19? I’ll start paying more attention when he’s 23, wake me when it’s 2015.
