well this justifies my gfx post for tomorrow morning… lol
Take a good luck at the two most prominent names on the offense leaders, because you wont see them again after this season. The best shortstop and centrfielder the Mets have ever had will be gone. But hey, at least Wright’s still around. He should still be able to carry the team on his own without Reyes in front of him and Beltran behind him, right?
This won’t be as popular with the fan base, but I think Wright’s the one to trade and Reyes is the one to keep. Wright strikes out too often and Reyes has more potential to electrify the Mets with his speed than Wright. Solid third basemen are much more common than shortstops like Reyes.
Lucas Duda looks like the Yo_Yo this year. His one start and have a seat is not good. Just leave him in minors.
I would bring up Evans and have Dfa Hairston. He can play left, right, 1st and 3rd. CF can be backed up by Pridie it looks like and not to sure What Harris is giving us either. Plus he said he missed Washington and the players there. Not sure if it was taken out of context, but did not sit well.
