		<description><![CDATA[I like the idea of expanding the use of replay so long as it doesn&#039;t affect balls/strikes calls.  As far as how to use replay, how about instituting a Challenge system?  Since Major League Baseball doesn&#039;t have the &quot;time outs&quot; that the NFL has (where there&#039;s a limit, each team gets the same amount, etc), how about this:
1st Incorrect challenge: No coaching visits to the mound in the next (or current) inning for the challenging team.
2nd Incorrect challenge: Manager is ejected.

If you get 75 challenges correct in a game, you can challenge 75 times (or 77 and get the last one wrong).  Have a 5th umpire upstairs as an impartial judge who handles the rulings.  The 2nd Incorrect=ejection for challenges is pretty much what&#039;s going to happen if a manager challenges the umpire by coming out of the dugout to challenge 2 calls anyway, so it&#039;s a fair penalty IMHO.]]></description>
