The language wouldn’t bother me if it wasn’t so blatant an attempt at “shock jock” radio. It’s just so lame. It’s like listening to a preteen get his jollies at being able to use dirty words.

If being vulgar helps express your point, then do it. Using it just to use it and make yourself sound more “edgy” is just pathetic.

I agree with you completely. I cannot even listen to the show. How does Boomer stand the Carton antics? Carton is very crude and uses language that would never be allowed on most shows.

Ya, Carton is quite awful. The last straw for me was when he he took shots at Ed Reed for worrying about his brother, who was missing after a police chase.

Carton is a total moron!I like boomer but I can not watch his show because of that Jackwagon Carton.His immature behaver and lack of professionalism
makes it impossible for me to watch the show. Am I the only one who feels that way or there are others out there who share my opinion.

You’ve hit the nail on the head.

Also, to make Fred Wilpon culpable for losses by other investors is to me a miscarriage of justice. Were Fred and Bernie in a hidden financial conspiracy? Did Fred know that Bernie was was running a Ponzi scheme? Not only is the answer to the second question almost a certain NO, but the answer to the first question is the same. Then why should the government find Fred at fault and make him transfer some of his returns (which were not all that big considering the time frame involved) to the victims who came along later.

All of us need to go out now and surveill on our Fidelity and Vanguard accounts. Check that they are not involved in illicit activities. If so, transfer your wealth to those who have not done as well. That’s the Washington way!!! Sadly hilarious and ill-advised I’d say.

“Fred is a good man and has always been kind to me.” Over and over i read these comments about Fred said by different people.

This has been a consistant statement about Fred for as long as i can remember.

I can’t ever recall 1 quote from anyone that have met Fred and have said a negative thing about him. Can anyone find such a quote anywhere?

When all you hear are these type of comments about Fred and his good character and how much he has helped others I find it hard to believe that he is lying when he said he was also betrayed by Madoff.

If it ever turns out that he indeed knew ahead of time of this ponzi scheme I will really be surprised to hear that.
