4/29 Minor League Report! DICKEY!

AAA International League: Buffalo 4/8/0, Durham 0/1/1

RA Dickey gave up a hit to the first batter he faced, then retired 27 in a row for a CG 1 hitter. The Bisons scored all they’d need in the 4th, with a lone run. Overall, they had 8 hits, while going just 1 for 6 with RISP, leaving 1 on base and striking out 3 times. Jesus Feliciano had the only multi hit game, while Jason Pridie (0 for 4, K, .299), and Andy Green (0 for 2, .353) took 0-fers. Ruben Tejada hit his first AAA HR.

Eric Beaulac had his best, and deepest outing of the season, he went 4 innings, allowing 2 runs on 5 hits and 2 walks, but took the loss. Chris Schwinden followed with 4 innings of 2 run ball. The Mets offense had just 6 hits and 3 walks, while going 1 for 9 (.111) with RISP and leaving 8 on base, and striking out 8 times. Emmanuel Garcia (0 for 5, 2 Ks, .227), Stefan Welch, and Tony Maccani (0 for 3, K, .263) took 0-fers.

Jim Fuller had a rough outing today, giving up 3 runs on 7 hits and 2 walks in 5 innings for a ND, however, after giving up 3 in the first, he gave up none in the next 4. John Church picked up the win with 2.2 scoreless innings, and Michael Powers picked up his 4th save, a 4 outer. The Gnats had just 4 hits, drew 6 walks, but were a pathetic 1 for 11 (.091) with RISP and left 8 on base, while striking out just 3 times. The Gnats also stole 6 bases, 3 by Alonzo Harris, 2 by Cesar Puello and 1 by Pedro Zapata. Zapata, Juan Lagares, Sam Honeck (0 for 4, K), Dock Doyle (0 for 2, run, 2 BBs, .192) and Jeff Flagg (0 for 3, BB, .192) took 0-fers.
