As I said in a prior post, it's time for mgmt and ownership to CUT THE TALK AND WALK THE WALK. It's time for them to show us they're serious and establish a truly competitive team. That goal is very distant right now and it will take a lot of work to make it happen. I hope Omar has his feet off the desk and is working overtime right now. Omar, this is no time for relaxation.
