If you want to name an all time Mets team, base it on more than one season's stats. No disrespect to Todd Hundley's 41 homer season but any catcher other than Gary Carter to be considered along with Mike Piazza is a joke. The best first baseman to wear our uniform is R.J.'s broadcast partner...the Mex, hands down! In fact despite Carlos Delgado's positive days with the Mets, even John Olerude was a better all around player for us. One last criticism....and again no disrespect to the names you have listed. Felix Millan was as good a second baseman as any other player mentioned and should have been mentioned as a second to Edgardo Alfonso!
