No but knee injury or not, Perez being a 5 inning pitcher doesnt get the job done. While has has shown great signs of improvement, and Id rather have him in my rotation than trade him for Juan Pierre like some of you people suggested, Ollie needs to learn how to pitch. Simple!

Ollie sure looked bad trying to make that play at 1B. Did he look awkward because his knee was already barking, or did he reinjure it with that ridiculous maneuver? Whatever the answer, it is a typical Ollie deal. It will be interesting to hear the prognosis on the knee and see whether it is downplayed only to have an extended absence anyway. Will Ollie make his next start or will he be out for the rest of the season? Nothing would surprise at this point.
