It was obvious that the Mets were going to give Kershaw a nice tune-up session to perfect his pitches and mechanics. The handwriting was on the wall and the evening was beautiful. I decided to take a walk around the neighborhood, exchange pleasantries with one of the neighbors and enjoy the pleasant evening in the outdoors. I was improving my health and reducing stress instead of camping out in front of the TV and being frustrated. When I returned, the score was 3-0 and my prediction was fulfilled. The alternative activity was much more pleasant an experience. The 1st inning was enough for me. I switched back to the game at commercials. I do however have a subscription to MLB.tv, and I was watching the Phillies-Reds game. It was great to see the Reds get a comeback win.
