Atlanta Braves: (5-5; -4)

The Braves lost two of three to the Washington Nationals, and will travel to Chicago to play a three-game series with the Cubs. Brian McCann was the only Brave added to the All-Star-Team. The Braves are looking for anyone with interest in dreadful OF Jeff Francoeur, but other teams are avoiding him as if he has swine flu. I don’t mean to be Chicken Little, but if the Braves beat the Cubs tonight, then the Mets will be in 4th place.

Florida Marlins: (6-4; -1)

The Marlins took two of three from the Pittsburgh Pirates, and will travel to San Francisco to play the Giants. They’ll miss Lincecum, but will see Cain. Josh Johnson vs. Barry Zito will be on Tuesday. Hanley Ramirez and Johnson will represent the Marlins in the ASG. Marlins taking offers for Jeremy Hermida.

Philadelphia Phillies: (5-5; Leader)

I don’t want to talk about it. Ryan Howard, Chase Utley, and Raul Ibanez will be on the All Star Team. They could be joined by Victorino. Phillies will play the Cincinnati Reds this week.

Washington Nationals: (4-6 -18)

The Nationals took two of three from the Atlanta Braves, and will head to Colorado to play the Rockies. Then on Thursday, they will finish the game against the Houston Astros that was suspended on May 5th, before they then play a normal game against the Astros. Ryan Zimmerman made it to the ASG, and could be joined by Christian Guzman.

Weekly Stat:

The Mets have a winning percentage of .600 against teams below .500. The Phillies have a .558 percentage. The Braves are .529; the Marlins are .727; and the Nationals are .371
