Mets Win Series, But Lose Finale To Sox 12-5

After the Mets got a little help from technology to complete a late rally and win a second consecutive game, the Mets look to take game three and sweep the Red Sox at Fenway. The Mets will have their newly acquired Tim Redding who is getting his second start with a 0-0 record and a 3.00 ERA. The Mets will go up against the knuckleballer Tim Wakefield who is 5-2 with a 3.59 ERA. Let the battle of the Tims begin!

Tim Redding has never won at Fenway Park. In two career starts in Boston, he is 0-2 with a 12.72 ERA.

Wakefield is 2-3 lifetime against the Mets, with a 2.43 ERA in seven career appearances.
