As reported in the Buffalo News,

The Buffalo Bisons put up 15 hits Monday afternoon to put together their first three-game winning streak of the season with an 8-7 win over the Lehigh Valley IronPigs at Coca-Cola Field.

The IronPigs built a 4-0 lead through the first three innings before the Herd broke through in the fourth for five runs on six hits.

Lehigh Valley regained the lead in the fifth when Miguel Cairo had a two-run triple with two outs.

In the sixth, Fernando Martinez hit a two-run homer to center field to give the Bisons an 7-6 lead. A solo shot by Mike Lamb to lead off the seventh extended the lead to 8-6.

The homer was his 8th of the season.

We will continue to monitor F-Mart and look forward to his arrival.
