An article by posted on January 27, 2009
Hot Stove Season is winding down, and Mets Merized Online is getting ready to crank it up!

We are now looking to staff several spots for writers and bloggers with a passion for baseball and the Mets.

Currently, we need bloggers who can cover Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays.

You will have full creative liberty to express your points of view on baseball’s hottest topics, Mets news, rumors, etc. in 300 words or less.

We are also looking for a couple of bloggers who are interested in a weekly column with a sabermetric point of view. The ideal candidate will be a savvy baseball connoisseur with an acute knowledge of the latest in baseball sabernetrics.

  • Strong writing skills with attention to grammar and spelling.
  • Passionate MLB and Mets fans with opinions that beg to be heard.
  • Previous blogging experience is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Internet baseball junkies are most welcome!

If you want to share your passion with thousands of Mets fans, then this is the Mets site for you!
