Oliver Perez – Livin’ On A Prayer

Somehow, I found these lyrics to be very fitting today.
We’ve got to hold on to what weve got.
It doesnt make a difference if we make it or not.
Weve got each other and thats a lot,
For love – we’ll give it a shot.
Oh, We’re half way there,
Oh, Oh, Livin’ on a prayer.
Take my hand and we’ll make it I swear.
Oh, Oh, Living on a prayer.
We’ve got to hold on ready or not.
You live for the fight when its all that you’ve got.
Oh, We’re half way there,
Oh, Oh, Livin’ on a prayer.
Take my hand and we’ll make it I swear.
Oh, Oh, Living on a prayer.
— Bon Jovi

Enjoy the game everybody and Lets Go Mets!
About the Author: Joe DeCaro
Went to my first Mets game, a Mayors Trophy game at Shea, in '73. We beat the Yankees 8-4 and I was hooked. I marched in two Banner Day parades, and before the Grand Slam single, there was the "Hendu Can Do" grand slam - I was there. I've collected Mets memorabilia all my life and started Mets Merized Online to feed my addiction.
