David Wright to Replace Soriano In All-Star Game!
Just about a half hour ago, Clint Hurdle made the announcement saying that David Wright is in fact an All-Star. With Alfonso Soriano out with a broken bone in his left hand, David Wright will be replacing his final spot on the roster. Wright came second in the MLB Final Vote contest behind Corey Hart.
David becomes the second Met on this year’s NL roster, joining Billy Wagner. Thanks to all who voted and supported David as he is in his 3rd consecutive All Star Game!
Remember to watch the All Star Game this Tuesday on FOX!
